2. The short version
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
- All fonts and icons are hosted on our own server, so no requests are made to Google Fonts or other CDNs.
- The only personal data processed are technical server logs (by our hosting provider) and anything you actively send us by email or through the booking link.
3. Hosting (server log files)
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify automatically processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL) in server log files. This processing is necessary to deliver the website reliably and securely and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Netlify processes data in the United States. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally offers EU Standard Contractual Clauses through its data processing agreement. Details: netlify.com/privacy.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us at stefan@swifttask.co, the data you provide (email address, name, content of your message) is processed solely to handle your inquiry, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). We delete correspondence once the purpose is fulfilled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Booking a call (external link)
The “Book a call” buttons link to an external scheduling service (Akiflow, booking.akiflow.com). No data is transmitted to Akiflow by merely visiting our website. If you follow the link and book a call, Akiflow’s own privacy policy applies to the data you enter there.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise any of these rights, email stefan@swifttask.co.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).
7. No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
If the website gains new features (e.g. forms, analytics, embedded content), this policy and the cookie settings page will be updated before those features go live.
